VITOBLOC 200 Operating instructions for the natural gas-fuelled CHP module
WARNING
The proper functioning of the system-tie circuit
breaker and its feedback messages must be
tested manually by the control before the au-
tomatic switching connections are activated.
In order to simulate stand-by operations, switch off fuse -
1F3 (network measurement) in the module control panel.
PLEASE NOTE
Following that, the alternator switch will receive
a deactivation command. If the system-tie
circuit breaker reports the switching positions
correctly, the alternator switch will be activated
to be on-load again.
To return to mains operations, switch on fuse -1F3 again,
in order to check the behaviour while the load is re-
connected and the frequency is regulated.
PLEASE NOTE
After the recovery time the alternator switch
will receive a deactivation command. Then, the
on-site system-tie circuit breaker will be re-
connected. Once the message "System-tie cir-
cuit breaker ON" is displayed, the alternator
switch can be re-activated.
Have the plant operator or an authorized representative
counter-sign the protocol to accept the CHP module.
