Commissioning
10. Check the connection of the emergency shut-
down.
11. Check the connection for general faults.
12. Check the connection of the fault in the heat-
ing water pump.
13. Check the connection of the request "Heating
water pump ON".
14. Check the connection of the potential-free
messages (according to client's request).
15. Remove fuse 12F1 (alternator contactor 12K4
cannot be activated)
16. Connect the battery.
17. Switch on the external power input into the
network and the external measuring-circuit
voltage, if power stand-by operations are
planned.
18. Check the rotating field of the network and of
the measuring-circuit voltage.
19. Switch on all fuse and circuit-breakers.
20. Check the rotating field and the potential
equality of the measuring-circuit voltage.
21. Acknowledge and eliminate any pending fault
messages.
22. Connect the U column to the zero pressure
regulator and the compensation line.
23. Open the gas cock and start the module in the
manual mode.
24. Check the ignition moment and the setting of
the zero pressure regulator with the engine
idling.
25. Check the rotating field of the alternator.
26. Check the rotating field and the potential
equality of the alternator voltage.
27. Adjust the alternator voltage, if necessary.
