Vacuum and suction capacity
Error indication
Vacuum is not built
up or target vacuum
cannot be reached.
Low suction capacity
although the target
vacuum is reached.
Possible cause
Battery is discharged or
defective.
Leakages at the hoses
or the canister system.
Fingertip is not closed.
Liquid has penetrated
the device.
Pump is defective or
the device has a leak.
Low ambient pressure
(e.g. high altitude).
Bacterial filter is
clogged.
Hose is kinked.
DDS canister system:
Float ball closes the
suction area.
Remedy
1. Recharge or exchange the battery.
1. Check canister lid and hoses on
tight fit.
2. DDS canister system: Firmly insert
the bacterial filter and check the
sealing ring and the filter holder.
1. Close both openings of the
fingertip.
