blade screwdriver and then pull the tubing straight out of its
fitting (Figure 3-18).
4) Remove the pump's ground wire from the left side of the enclo-
sure.
5) Disconnect the cable connecting the pump to the interface board
(P10). The cable is connected on the underside of the interface
board.
6) Remove the four nuts securing the pump to the floor of the pump
compartment. You will need to lift or tip the unit sideways to
access these nuts.
7) Lift the pump and remove it from the sampler.
Follow these steps to install the pump into the sampler:
1) Place the pump into the enclosure in its proper position and
secure the pump with the four nuts. You will need to lift or tip the
unit sideways to access these nuts.
2) Reconnect the cable connecting the pump to the interface board
(P10). The cable is connected on the underside of the interface
board.
3) Replace the pump's ground wire to the left side of the enclosure.
4) Reinsert the black tubing into the pump fittings. Press the tubing
firmly into each fitting to insure proper seating.
