5) Close the electronics compartment door and secure it with the
tree screws.
6) Connect the unit's power cord to an AC source.
7) Perform the calibration procedures listed in Section 3.2.

EMOVING
EPLACING THE
The keypad of the Partisol Sampler is integrated into the door to the electronics
compartment. Therefore, to replace the keypad, the entire electronics compartment
door must be replaced.

Materials:
Follow these steps to remove the keypad from the sampler:
1) Turn the instrument off and disconnect the unit's power cord from
its AC source.
2) Remove the three screws and open the electronics compartment
door (Figure 3-1).
3) Remove the display from the electronics compartment door (Sec-
tion 3.3.1).
4) Remove the two screws that secure the RS232 connector to the
electronics compartment door (Figure 3-17). Remove the connec-
tor.
5) Remove the four wires attached to the inside of the circuit breaker/
power switch by pulling them straight off.
6) Depress the tabs on both sides of the circuit breaker/power switch
and push through the hole in the electronics compartment door.
7) Remove the contrast adjustment knob from the electronics com-
partment door.
8) Disconnect the keypad cable from the mating cable on the right
side wall of the electronics compartment.
9) Remove the three nuts securing the electronics compartment door
to the enclosure.
