ROCEDURES
5) Ensure that the sampler is turned on and that the display backlight
is on. The backlight must be on during the +6V calibration. If the
backlight is off, press any key on the keypad to turn it on.
6) Locate the R21 pot on the rear section of the interface board. It is
located tp the right of the +6V test point. R21 is a blue vertical
pot, and its designation, "R21," is silk-screened on the board.
7) Adjust the R21 pot with a potentiometer adjustment tool until the
multimeter reads 6.00 VDC ± 0.05 V.
8) Locate the test point labeled "+10V" (red) in the center of the
interface board. Place the positive lead of the multimeter on the
+10V test point.
9) Locate the ground test point labelled "AGND" (black) near the
front right corner of the interface board. Place the ground lead on
the AGND test point.
10) Locate the R44 pot in the center of the interface board. R44 is a
blue vertical pot, and its designation, "R44," is silk-screened on
the board.
11) Adjust the R44 pot with a potentiometer adjustment tool until the
multimeter reads 10.000 VDC ± 0.002 V.
12) Locate the test point labelled "+2.5V" (red) near the right side of
the interface board. Place the positive lead of the multimeter on
the +2.5V test point.
13) Locate the test point labelled "PWM0" (green) to the right of the
+2.5V test point. Place the ground lead on the PWM0 test point.
14) Locate the R53 pot below the PWM0 test point on the interface
board. R53 is a blue vertical pot, and its designation, "R53," is
silk-screened on the board.
15) Adjust the R53 pot with a potentiometer adjustment tool until the
multimeter reads 0.000 VDC ± 0.002 V.
16) Go to Section 3.2.2.
