Ignore unless directed otherwise by Avaya.
DASD LED is lit
The DASD LED on the light path diagnostics panel is lit when a hard disk drive fails or is
missing.
Troubleshooting steps
Procedure
1. Check the LEDs on the hard disk drives for the drive with a lit status LED and reseat
2. If the error remains, replace the hard disk drive and then restart the server.
