Changing Presence Status

To change your presence status:
Press the Status soft key.
1.
Press or
2.
Press the Select soft key to accept the change.
3.
The presence status will be changed on the phone and be synchronized to the Skype for
Business server.

Resetting Presence Status

To reset your presence status to the default:
Press the Status soft key.
1.
Press
2.
Press the Select soft key to accept.
3.
Your status will be reset to "Available".
to highlight the desired presence status.
or to highlight Reset Status.
