Configuring Call Forwarding on Skype for Business Client
To forward incoming calls immediately without ringing your phone:
In Skype for Business client, click
1.
Mark the radio box of the Forward my calls to field.
2.
Select the desired forwarding type from the pull down-list of Forwarding my calls to.
3.
Depending on your selection:
a) If you select Voice Mail:
Incoming calls are forwarded directly to the voicemail.
b) If you select New Number or Contact:
Select the contact or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
