When the boss is unavailable to answer the transferred call or rejects the transferred call,
the delegate's phone displays as "Transfer failed". The delegate can resume the call.
Placing a Call on Behalf of a Boss
The delegate can make calls on behalf of his assigned boss's lines.
To place a call on behalf of a boss's line:
Press Directory->Bosses.
