Cause
The 'Site' has a fault
Failure of the main CPU
'Fault of a component
Communication fault of a
networked 'Station'
Transmission equipment has a

'Acoustic control line 'Fault'
'Fire control line 'Fault'

Fault indicators on components

The components are equipped with LED indicating the status of the component.
You will find the meaning of the indications in document A6V10210368. See
chapter 'Applicable documents'.

What must be done
Check whether another fault LED is flashing,
if not:
– Check the display
– Check whether the 'Fault' control input is
activated
Visual check of the cable connections
Check whether the red LED H37 on the
operating unit FCM72xx is on:
– Exchange PMI & mainboard
'Restart 'Station'
– When the 'Fault' is still indicated:
exchange the module
Check the transmission line
Check the faulty 'Station'
Check remote transmission
'Check the 'Line' for open line/short-circuit or
end-of-line element (EOL) is missing or
defective
'Check the 'Line' for open line/short-circuit
Check the function of the external control
devices
Check the function, any existing feedback
