Power On Configuration (JP2)

The default status of the PCIE-1758 series cards' digital output after a system power
on is OPEN to protect external devices from damage. JP2 determines whether the
last output value is retained after a hot system reset. Table 3.2 shows the jumper
positions for power on configuration.

Signal Connections

Pin Assignments
The PCIE-1758 series cards feature two 100-pin connectors that allow users to inte-
grate accessories using a PCL-101100S shielded cable.
Figure 3.4 to 3.6 show the pin assignments of the I/O connectors on the PCIE-1758
series cards. The I/O connector signal descriptions are presented in Table 3.3.
