Montagehinweise

A Aufbau der Komponenten in einem
Stahl-Schaltschrank auf Montageplatte
mit mindestens 3mm Dicke.
Empfohlen: Verzinkung
B Reglergehäuse und Filtergehäuse liegen
flächig leitend auf einer blanken Stelle
der Montageplatte auf. Alle
Befestigungsschrauben gut anziehen !
C Verwendung von Eurotherm-Filtern und
Leitungen für Motor und Resolver
D Alle Leitungen müssen so dicht wie
möglich entlang leitender, geerdeter
Metallflächen geführt werden
E Leistungs- und Signalleitungen sind
räumlich getrennt zu verlegen.
Abstand: min.0,3 m
Kreuzungen mit 90°ausführen
F Kabelschleifen vermeiden. Insbesondere
die Verbindung vom Netzfilter zum
Regler so kurz und dicht wie möglich
halten (verdrillen)
G Schirmungen bis auf max. 8 cm bis zum
Adernende abisolieren.
H Schirmungsanschlüsse entsprechend
der Anschlußübersicht Kapitel 2.1
vornehmen. Schirme beidseitig über
kurze Leitung erden.
Schirme langer Leitungen evtl. im
Verlauf zusätzlich flächig erden
Schirmungen flächig auf gut geerdeten

Punkt auflegen.
K Leeradern im Kabel sind beidseitig zu
erden.
L Steuerleitungen, die den Schaltschrank
verlassen müssen in direkter Nähe von
geerdeten Metallteilen oder geschirmt
verlegt werden.
M Steuertransfomator (DC 24V) gut erden.
Transformator mit Blechwinkeln
benutzen und für leitenden Kontakt mit
der Montageplatte sorgen.
N Gesamtsystem gut erden.
Bei mehreren Montageplatten:
Erdverbindung durch Kupferschienen
oder Kupferband.
Gute Erdverbindung Schaltschrank /
Maschine herstellen !

All components are mounted inside of
a steel control cubicle on a mounting
plate (thickness min. 3mm).
Recommended: Galvanizing
The connection between drive housing
filter-housing and mountig-plate must
be blank and not reduced by varnish.
All screws must be well fixed !
Use only Eurotherm-filters and cables
for motor and resolver
Place all wires and cables as close as
possible to any grounded metal planes
Separate power- and control cables.
Minimum distance: 0,3m
Crosspoints: 90°
Avoid cable-loops. Especially the line
between line-filter and drive has to be
as close and short as possible (drilled)
Maintain screen as close as possible to
the cable-end (max distance 8 cm)
Connect screen-connections according
to general view of connetions, see
chapter 2.1. Ground screens on both
sides, shortest way.
For long cables: Connect additional
screen-area along the way
Connect screens area-contacted to good
grounded points
Connect unused wires in cables to
ground
Install control cables directly close to
grounded metal-parts or screend when
leaving the control-cubicle
Take care for good grounding of
control-transformer (DC 24V). Use
transformer with metal-socket and take
care for conductive contact to
mounting-plate
Take care for good general grounding
of the complete system. Interconnect
several mounting-plates with copper-
rails or copperband. Take care for
ground connection between conrol-
cubicle and machine !
