GK discovery IP addr
Use this function to override the default H323 GK discovery IP ad-
dress whose value is only recommended and not mandatory. The
as-supplied condition for this setting is ZERO which indicates to
the H.323 stack to use the recommended value. If any other value
is programmed, then this is used instead.
