I/C call display
Daylight saving
This function allows you to select the default CLI (calling line iden-
tification) information to be displayed on an incoming call. The pri-
ority order is name, number and IP. If the relevant information is
not available, the next in priority is shown. If you don't want any
CLI information, you can select the "No Display" option.

Use this function to indicate that daylight saving applies.
If set this adds one hour to the timezone offset defined
in the administration menu.
