If an echo is heard, which in certain cases can be quite severe,
this is normally due to the other client and is not a quality deficien-
cy of the IP Telephone (e.g. Netmeeting with unfavourably posi-
tioned loudspeakers/the microphone can cause a large amount of
feedback).
The Siemens service department can only help you
with trouble or defects on the unit itself.
