CPU C3 Report (Available when Power Technology is set to Custom)
Select Enabled to allow the BIOS to report the CPU C3 State (ACPI C2) to
the operating system. During the CPU C3 State, the CPU clock generator is
turned off. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
CPU C6 Report (Available when Power Technology is set to Custom)
Select Enabled to allow the BIOS to report the CPU C6 State (ACPI C3) to
the operating system. During the CPU C6 State, the power to all cache is
turned off. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
CPU C7 Report (Available when Power Technology is set to Custom)
Select Enabled to allow the BIOS to report the CPU C7 State (ACPI C3) to
the operating system. CPU C7 State is a processor-specifi c low C-State. The
options are Enabled and Disabled.
C1E Support (Available when Power Technology is set to Custom)
Select Enabled to enable Enhanced C1 Power State to boost system
performance. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
 Turbo Boost Technology
This menu is only available if Intel® EIST technology is Enabled.
Turbo Mode
This feature allows processor cores to run faster than marked frequency in
specifi c conditions. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Long duration power limit - this is the processor power consumption limit (in
Watts) during a long duration time window.
Long duration maintained - this is the time in milliseconds where the Long
Duration Power Limit is maintained.
Short duration power limit - During Turbo Mode, the system may exceed the
processor's default power setting and exceed the Short Duration Power limit.
By increasing this value, the processor can provide better performance for a
short duration.
