3.6.6 Connecting the DDS hose adaptor

3.6.7 Holder for suction hose

1. Insert the blue adapter on the
suction hose into the opening on the
single-patient secretion canister lid.
2. Turn the blue adapter clockwise with
a quarter turn.
3. Now, check that the suction hose is
connected firmly to the single-patient
secretion canister system.
The device is ready for use.

adapter into the opening on the
single-patient secretion canister lid.
2. Turn the blue DDS hose adapter
clockwise with a quarter turn.
3. Now, check that the DDS hose adapter
is connected firmly to the single-pa-

4. Next, connect the suction hose to the
blue DDS hose adapter.
5. Connect the open end of the suction
hose to a fingertip.
