Possible cause
Battery is discharged or
defective.
Hoses or single-patient
secretion canister lid are
leaking.
Liquid has penetrated the
device.
Pump is defective or the
device has a leak.
Bacterial filter is clogged.
Hose is kinked.
Remedy
Charge the battery or send the
device in for repair.
Check the single-patient secretion
canister lid and hoses for tight fit.
Screw in the DDS bacterial filter
cartridge tightly. Check the
white seal on the bacterial filter
cartridge.
Send the device in for repair.
Send the device in for repair.
Replace the bacterial filter
cartridge.
Check the hoses.
