9.2 Preparation for return
shipment
Defective differential pressure meters can be
returned to SAMSON for repair.
Proceed as follows to return devices to
SAMSON:
1. Decontaminate the differential pressure
meter. Remove any residual process me-
dium.
2. Fill in the Declaration on Contamination.
The declaration form can be downloaded
from our website at
u www.samsongroup.com > Service &
Support > After-sales Service.
3. Remove differential pressure meter (see
section 11).
4. Send the differential pressure meter to
your nearest SAMSON subsidiary.

Please submit the following details on re-
questing a firmware update:
− Type
− Serial number
− Configuration ID
− Current firmware version
− Required firmware version
