4.8.1 Wiring in RS-232 Mode
Rear Panel
of the Laser
Please connect the RS-232 cable, MOD cable and the Power cord according to Figure 22. Make
sure to use the cables and power cord we provided, and the interlock is shorted. The other
interfaces or ports on the rear panel are left disconnected in RS-232 mode.
4.8.2 The Communication Protocol
The protocol is presented in the table below:
