Troubleshooting

The following overview gives the meaning of the 2x7 segment display in the control
box.

Functional The operation has
lifting check determined that the
lift has not risen
within 5 seconds
when the UP button
was operated.
2 1/2" tilt Elevation differences
of more than 2 1/2"
have occurred since
the last zero setting
of the system.

Solution
Adjust the elevation if
necessary by using program
code 60.
See section
7.3 "Programmable settings"
on page 48.
Check the main fuse when
the motor fails to run. Check
the lowering valve for leaks.
The pressure relief valve will
open. Check whether the
vehicle lift has not been
loaded too heavily.
Check whether all three
phases have been
connected correctly.
Check the hydraulic system
for leaks. Check whether one
of the columns has not been
loaded with a greater load
than the max. permitted load.
Turn OFF and ON on the
main switch(s) and press the
<SELECT> button to ensure
the system can again be
used. If the fault occurs
again, contact the technical
service.
