8 Options

8.1.1 Longer wheel adapters (only FS models)

Special 6 inches longer wheel adapters (see Figure 8.2 ) can be supplied for hoisting
vehicles with double wheels such as trucks, buses, etc. and for vehicles with an
overhanging body (camper vans, etc.).

These longer wheel adapters may only be used in combination with the column foot
extensions.
The lifting capacity will be restricted to 12,000 lbs / 8,800 lbs (see Figure 8.2 ). The
restricted lifting capacity is also clearly indicated on the sides of the longer wheel
adapters.

The lifting capacity will still be 12,000 lbs / 8,800 lbs with the longer wheel adapters.
Check the maximum weight carefully before lifting.
The lifting capacity with removed wheel adapters is 18,000 lbs. When this is the
case, the column foot extensions may remain fitted (see Figure 8.2 ).
