These two control boxes are identical externally except that the control box of a
slave column has an emergency shut-down button instead of a main switch (that is
also used as an emergency stop button) and it does not have mains supply. For the

Operate the panel only with your fingertips. Pressing the buttons using sharp objects
(such as screwdrivers) can damage the equipment and cause errors.
5.2.1 Emergency shut-down button
If the emergency shut-down switch (main box) is set to 0 or the emergency shut-
down switch (auxiliary box) is pressed, all movements (lifting and lowering) will be
immediately stopped.
5.2.2 Starting
The mains switch (2) controls the power supply to the column lifts. This switch has
two positions:
0 (OFF)
This will interrupt the power supply to the column lift(s).
1 (ON)
This will activate the power supply to the column lift(s).
