[1] De-energize the PROCESSOR.
[2] Using EXTRACTION TOOL TL-4430, remove
and transfer the 4 PROMS/EEPROMS U17, U18,
U19, and U20 from the existing 500 CIRCUIT
BOARD:
(a) Move the 4 PROMS/EEPROMS U17, U18,
(b) Place each EEPROM carefully on the
(c) Check that the keyed corners are aligned.
(d) Press the EEPROM firmly into the

correct SOCKETS.
[4] Remove the BATTERY from the existing 500
CIRCUIT BOARD and install the BATTERY on
the new 500 CIRCUIT BOARD.
