Check the secondary resistance between the ignition coil terminal and the spark
plug cap. Touch the negative meter lead to the terminal and the positive meter
lead to the spark plug cap as shown.

Check the secondary resistance between the ignition coil terminal and the spark
plug wire without the cap. Touch the negative meter lead to the terminal and the
positive meter lead to the spark plug wire as shown.
