Draining
Warm the engine as with the inspection, this will heat the engine and allow the oil
to drain out faster and more completely. The vehicle should be on level ground.
Stop the engine.
Caution: Hot engine oil can burn. Avoid letting used motor oil contact
exposed skin.
Place an oil pan under the engine. The oil drain bolt is located on the left side of
the engine.
