2-3 voltage harmonic distortion (Un\G1420 - Un\G1428)
Stores the harmonic voltage distortion ratio between each line. (3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, and
19th are stored.)

(a) Storage format
Data is stored as 16-bit unsigned binary in the buffer memory.
・Data range: 0 to 9999 (0 to 999.9 %)
* Restrictions for measured data including resolution and measuring range, refer to "3.4.1".
