Upper/lower limit alarm monitoring function
You can set an upper and lower limit alarm for maximum two points and implement a monitoring function for
them.
During the alarm monitoring, you can check the alarm occurrence by the input signal.

monitoring value continues for
the period of alarm delay time,
it is considered as an alarm
occurrence.
