E650 meters are provided with a liquid crystal display (LCD).
The display can be provided with background lighting for easier reading
(optional). This is switched on by pressing one of the display buttons and is
extinguished automatically after a short time if no further button is pressed.
The basic layout shows all the indication possibilities of the display.

3 Phase voltages (flash if rotating field reversed)
4 Battery status (charge voltage)

8 12 arrow symbols for status information (e.g. tariffs)
Shows always the sum of the three phases:
Indicates for ZMD400CT combimeters always the sum of the three phases (not
used for ZMD400ATactive energy meters).
Indicates for ZMD400CT combimeters in which quadrants the present
measurement is made (not used for ZMD400AT active energy meters):
positive active energy direction (imported from power
company)
negative active energy direction (exported to power
company)
negative active energy direction of individual phases
(second arrow flashes).
