calculate the vehicle's velocity when recording.
SET PULSES
PURPOSE: The Set Pulses menu is used to manually input how many pulses are in one distance unit. This is used if the PURPOSE PURPOSE PURPOSE
configuration was reset. As long as the value of pulses is known, the recorder can be re-calibrated without having to redo
the entire calibration test.
