Should the machine be unable to provide the change in coins (for example in case the change
giver were empty), or should the user cancel a cash payment while it is under way, the system
will display two specific screens. The first one, shown in Figure 42, will display the message
"No change available" to inform the user that the machine is temporarily unable to deliver any
change; the second one, shown in Figure 43, warns the user that he will have to wait for the
receipt to be printed, and then contact the car wash owner to get a refund. As mentioned, in
both cases the system will automatically print a receipt, that will allow the user to directly
request a refund from the car wash owner.
