Handling and unpacking
4.1 Reception of the packaged product
Check upon receipt that the product has not been damaged during transport. Should you
notice any damage, immediately notify the carrier.
After transport the package must be intact, i.e. it must
Show dents, signs of shocks, deformations or breakages on its casing.
Show wet areas or signs that could point out to the fact that the casing has been exposed
to rain, frost or heat.
Show signs of tampering.
Check that the content of the package matches the order.
4.2 Handling
We recommend that you keep the original packaging, for any future transport.
We also recommend that you:
do
not drag the machine.
do
not overturn or lay down the package horizontally during transport and handling.
do
not bump the machine.
do
not leave the machine (even if still in its package) exposed to weather agents.
4.3 Unpacking
The machine is delivered, tested and equipped in a corrugated carton package ensuring that
it is protected during transport and handling.
To facilitate product loading/unloading, even by means of transpallet machines, the box sits
on an appropriate wooden pallet (up to two machine units per pallet).
To avoid damaging the machine, we recommend that you only move it
while still in its original package, using suitable handling equipment.
Take care to follow the handling instructions printed on the box.
