Using the equipment

9.1 Introduction

All the purchases, or the management and configuration of the Multi PRO machine, can be
carried out using a 5" touch screen. It allows the customer to choose and activate the desired
service among the ones proposed by the machine, like the desired washing program, or the
purchase of cards or keys, etc. When not in use, all the displayed screens have a fixed timeout
(a parameter that cannot be modified), after which the machine automatically switches back

to the stand-by home screen. The displayed messages are not editable. Through the touch
screen the customer, after choosing the type of service to purchase, can pay using cash (coins
or banknotes); as an alternative, he can also pay by a card or key (if a card/key reading device
is installed), or by a POS system (if a POS reader is installed).

9.1.1 Home screen

In stand-by mode, that is when the machine is in operation and waiting for money to be
inserted, the screen displays the home page shown in the picture below. To start any
operation the user must touch the machine screen. The 4 flags located on the left side of the
home screen represent the 4 languages in which the Multi PRO purchase interface is available.
Touch the desired flag to display the purchase interface in the language in question. If no
language is selected, the default language will be restored after a few minutes.
