CAUTION! Frequent or prolonged exposure to higher concentration
disinfection solutions may prematurely age the bed's appearance
CAUTION! Do not use phenol based cleaning solutions
CAUTION! Do not use abrasive compounds or pads
If the correct cleaning and disinfection guidelines are not followed as stated in this manual
any damage to the bed will not be covered under Park House Healthcares guarantee.
Note: This bed is suitable for the use in a decontamination chamber or tunnel wash and can
be both jet and steam cleaned if required.

Preventive maintenance

The following checks should be carried out at leat every 12 months.
General
Examine the bed for obvious signs of damage, ensure all joints and welds are in good order.
Ensure all handscrews, nut and any other fixings have been secured and are not absent.
Replace any damaged or missing items.
Examine the flexible cable for any cuts, abrasions, kinks or over stretching. Replace if
required.
Examine the mains cable for any cuts, abrasions, kinks or over stretching. Replace if damage
is found. If the moulded plug has been removed, replace the mains lead for the correct type
(BC1362 5A).
Test all functions of the bed. Replace any actuators that fail to function correctly.
CPR cable
After long use, the CPR release cable may stretch. This could prevent proper operation of
the CPR release. To adjust the cable, loose the grub screw found on the CPR handle and
