  • Page 12 2.2.6 Pressure Calibration Procedure Step-1 To enter into the calibration procedure, press the STATIC and MEDIUM key together while the power is off. Then turn the power on. Step-2 When the LED lights up, this means you have entered the calibration procedure. When the HEAVY LED lights up, prepare to perform air tube open pressure calibration.
  • Page 13 Step-4 Press the HEAVY key to record the open pressure. The HEAVY LED light will turn off, and the compressor will stop working. This means the open pressure calibration is complete. When the MEDIUM LED lights up, you may begin to perform the next procedure.
  • Page 14 Step-7 Press the MEDIUM key to record the low pressure. When the MEDIUM key LED goes out, this means the low-pressure calibration is completed. Next the LIGHT key LED will light up. If the providing pressure from the external source is less than or equal to the open pressure setting, the system will automatically revert back to Step-2 and requires...
  • Page 15 Step-10 Press the LIGHT key to record the high pressure. The LIGHT key LED will light up and the ALARM key LED will turn off. If the pressure from the external source is less than or equal to the setting on low pressure, the system will automatically revert back to Step-2 and requires calibration again.
  • Page 16 2.2.7 Control Panel Testing SOP STEP-1 Check the panel surface for damage. PIN definition: referring the left figure, it’s the 1 PIN from top to end. Step-2 Use a multi-meter and turn the dial to symbol (Diode test).
  • Page 17 Step 3 Touch the black probe contact to PIN 1 and the red probe contact to PIN 2 The ALARM RESET LED will light up. This means the ALARM RESET LED function is normal. Should there b no light the panel is defective. Step 4 Touch the black probe contact to PIN 5 and the red probe contact to PIN 13.
  • Page 18 Step 5 Touch the black probe contact to PIN 6 and the red probe contact to PIN 13. The MEDIUM LED will light up. This means the MEDIUM LED function is normal.   • Page 19 Step 8 Touch the black probe contact to PIN 9 and the red probe contact to PIN 13. Now Press the STATIC key. The multi-meter should conduct. Step 9 Touch the black probe contact to PIN 10 and the red probe contact to PIN 13.
  • Page 20 2.2.8 Transformer Function Test SOP Step-1 Pass the required voltages through the high voltage side of the transformer, and the multi-meter test at the same side. This should show the correct voltage within specification. The transformer is functioning normally. Step-2 Pass the required voltages through the high voltage side to the transformer, and the multi-meter test at the low voltage side.

  • Page 23 No Power 1. Ensure the voltage and supply of power is correct. 2. Make sure the circuit breaker is switched on. For the position of the circuit breaker, please refer to the side view of the product in section 1.4. 3.
  • Page 24 3. Use the flow meter to check if the air output is correct. The air output of the compressor has to reach at least 5.0 LPM (This depends on the period of use). 4. Open the pump and refer to Phase III BOM exploded diagram in section 2.2.1. Check if the air tubing has become disconnected or kinked.
