Knee break actuator

Removal
1. Ensure the knee break section is in the horizontal position
2. Disconnect the mains cable from the electrical power supply
3. Remove the security clip on the control box
4. Disconnect the knee break actuator from the control box, located in port 3
5. Remove the lid from both parts of the trunking on the scissor action section and
remove the knee break actuator cable
6. Remove both locking pins from each end of the actuator.
Install
1. Place the actuator into position under the bed
2. Insert the locking pins through the beds brackets and the actuator
3. Place the cable into the trunking and then secure the top back on the trunking
4. Reconnect the actuator to the control box and then secure with the security clip
5. Connect the bed to the mains power
6. Test the functionality of the actuator
