Maintenance, care and warranty
To clean the frames use a damp cloth with normal household cleaners or warm soapy water.
Do not use cleaning agents containing abrasives or strong solvents. This will damage the powder coated finish on
the metal parts of the bed.
Mechanical or automated cleaning, scouring or the use of high-pressure hoses will damage the bed.
Moving parts of the bed are fitted with self-lubricating bearings; these should not be oiled or greased.
All motors, cables and mechanical functions must be checked for damage and correct operation by a suitably
qualified service engineer at least once in every twelve month period.
Extended warranties can be purchased from Park House Healthcare Ltd. For more information contact Customer

Transport Frame

To prevent damage during transportation or storage, use the transporter set:
Raise the bed up so that it is high enough to fit the transporter set.
Remove the headboard, footboard and all four mounting brackets. Ensure that these are bagged and stored safely to
avoid damage. Leave the hand screws in the bed frame ready for the transporter set.
Fit the transporter set frames with the wheel pointing toward the floor with one frame at either end of the bed, then
tighten the hand screws. Ensure that all of the castor brakes are locked on the transporter frames.
Lower the bed via the handset until the bed starts to lift off the floor.
Disconnect the mains power plug. Carefully roll the lead up with the handset ensuring that there are no kinks and store
them to ensure they do not get damaged during transportation / storage.
Lift the bed up by the platform frame and rotate the bed frame so that the bed rests on all four transporter set wheels.
Store in a dry place (between +5 °C and +45 °C), relative humidity of the air should be between 30% and 70%.
Store all removed parts together in one place to avoid them being mixed up with other products when re-assembling.
When re-assembling the bed, all assembly procedures and safety checks must be performed as per this user manual.
