    3 Service Instruction: Instruction for all general service repairs: Warning: Unplug the power cord from the mains and ensure that no electrical current is detected prior to repair. Attention: Before commencing the repair please check the following.     5 Troubleshooting and Service Overview 5.1 Service checklist: Service Repair Fault Description Possible Causes & Solutions Procedure Unable to input Check whether the display panel or operating wiring terminals are disconnected. commands Solution - Replace the control panel.     Service Repair Procedures Replace Mylar and control panel assembly Check 1. If all the key components are functioning normally, such as the compressor, timer and mains lead, but problems still exist with the air pressure (i.e. LED light is not lit or press key damaged), replace the control panel assembly. 2.
  • Page 11 Replacing the power switch Check 1. Mark the connecting power lead wires (as these need to be reinserted) and then remove once they are marked. 2. Connect a multi-meter as shown in diagram 3 3. Turn on the power and check that the switch is functional 4.
  • Page 12 Replacing fuses Check 1. Unscrew the fuse box with appropriate tools 2. Check the fuse to determine whether there has been any blackening or broken fuse lines 3. Replace with new fuse if damaged. Procedure 1. Remove the fuses with appropriate tooling 2.

  • Page 14 Replacing the compressor Check 1. Turn on the AC power and check the air flow is above 8 lpm and the pressure is above 150 mmHg 2. If the compressor fails to meet the air flow or pressures stated, please replace the compressor Procedure 1.

Switch on the pump and wait for the self-examination procedure to finish. Switch the pressure knob to “min pressure” The green LED light will light up when the correct pressure is reached.
