Diagnostics Data
The "diagnostics data" object contains the diagnostics messages of the
ET 200U(DP Standard/FMS). The FMS master can read the "diagnostics
data" object.
The following tables show the structure of the "diagnostics data" object and
the diagnostics messages, respectively.
