Electrical connection

DANGER
Risk of death from electric shock!
Work on the electrical system involves the risk of
sustaining serious, including fatal, injuries.
The machine should only be connected to power
by qualified electricians.
Disconnect the power plug before carrying out
work on the electrical equipment.
Make sure the power plug is not accidentally
plugged back in.
Important
The voltage on the type plate of the sewing motor must correspond
to the mains voltage.
Connecting the control
To connect the control:
1. Tighten the control on the tabletop.
2. Guide the cable from the machine head through the tabletop
cutout.
3. Connect the cable with the control.
Both the cable and the appropriate plug are color-coded and
marked with a symbol.
