9. Troubleshooting
Phenomenon: Cannot communicate with the projector. (Wired network)
Item to be checked
Is the projector turned on?
Is the network device such as a
router, etc. turned on?
Is STANDBY MODE set to
NETWORK-WOL or POWER
SAVE?
Is LAN cable connected?
Is MAC address displayed
correctly in the NETWORK
INFORMATION - WIRED
INFORMATION menu?
Are the network settings such as
IP address set correctly?
Is firewall or packet filtering set in
a router, etc.?
Is the same network address set
for wireless LAN and wired LAN
of the projector?
Is the wired network adapter of
the computer enabled?

Solutions
Turn on the projector.
Turn on the network device.
The network function is not available when
STANDBY MODE is set to NETWORK-WOL or
POWER SAVE. If you want to use the network
function in the standby mode, set to QUICK
START or NORMAL.
Connect the LAN cable.
Contact your dealer when MAC address on
the label put on the projector does not match
MAC address displayed in the NETWORK
INFORMATION - WIRED INFORMATION
menu.
Check the network settings in the NETWORK
INFORMATION - WIRED INFORMATION
menu. Consult with your network administrator
for details.
Consult with your network administrator.
The same network address cannot be used
for wireless LAN and wired LAN. Set different
network address for wireless LAN and wired LAN.
Refer to the user's manual of the computer and
enable the wired network adapter.
