Configuring a PCI NVRAM Module

The prcache command is used for system configuration to check
PCI NVRAM configuration information and battery status, to
clear data from the NVRAM module, and to set the date of the
next battery replacement.
Tru64 UNIX systems.
Syntax:
prcache -{f,z,b}
Checks configuration information and battery status.
-f
-z
Clears valid data; writes zeros to memory.
Sets the date (month and year) for battery replacement.
-b
Example 2–10 Prcache Command
>>> prcache -f
PCI NVRAM Disk Cache: passed

Battery Status: good (Charging)
