The Halt button, however, does not override the halt {in, out} commands. If
you halt the system with halt in, you must use halt out to deassert the halt
state.
When you issue either the halt in or halt out command under OpenVMS or
Tru64 UNIX, the terminal exits the RMC and reconnects to the system's COM1
port.
