Remote Power (On/Off)
You can power a monitored system on or off from the RMC using
console monitor commands.

Remote Power-On
The RMC power {on, off} commands can be issued remotely to power the
system on or off. They have the same function as the Power button on the
control panel. The Power button, however, has precedence.
•
If the system has been powered off with the Power button, the RMC cannot
power the system on.
•
If the system has been powered on with the Power button, and the power
off command is used to turn the system off, you can toggle the Power button
off, then on, to power the system back on.
When you issue the power on command, the terminal exits the RMC and
reconnects to the system's COM1 port.
