Configuring IEEE 802.1x Port-Based Authentication
Beginning in privileged EXEC mode, follow these steps to globally enable MAC move on the switch. This
procedure is optional.

2. authentication mac-move permit

5. copy running-config startup-config

Purpose
Enters global configuration mode.
Enables MAC move on the switch. Default is deny.
In Session Aware Networking mode, the default CLI is
access-session mac-move deny. To enable Mac Move in
Session Aware Networking, use the no access-session
mac-move global configuration command.
Returns to privileged EXEC mode.
Verifies your entries.
(Optional) Saves your entries in the configuration file.
