Description
Adjusts the Standby Timer in a range from 180 to 3600.

Unsigned word representing the standby time value:
Data[0] = msb
Data[1] = lsb
range: 180 to 3600 seconds
0 seconds = Standby timer OFF
Example
Sets the standby time to "400"
