Description
These terminals are used to connect the main circuit cable
(power line) to the Servomotor.
The ground terminal helps prevent electric shock. Always
connect this terminal.
Connects to MECHATROLINK-III-compatible devices.
A USB connector to connect a computer.
Connects to devices that support Ethernet communica-
tions.
Show the status of Ethernet communications.
Connects the Servo Section sequence I/O signals.
• Rotary Servomotor: Connects to the encoder in the Ser-
vomotor.
• Linear Servomotor: Connects to a Serial Converter Unit
or linear encoder.
Show the status of the control power supply.
Displays the servo status with a seven-segment display.
Show the execution or error status of the CPU.
Show the status of the CPU.
Primarily used to set the operating mode of the CPU.
Show the status of USB memory.
Use this switch when removing USB memory or batch-
saving data to USB memory.
Connects to USB memory.
Connects to a safety function device.
