Machine Does not Stop although the Tray is Full

- When sheets on the receiving tray blocks the light
between B03L and B03R for specific time (For One
Tower: 3 sec. / For Several Towers: 1.5 sec.), tray full
error is detected.
Check the followings.
(1) Bracket of the sensors are not loose.
(2) Remove the connector of the projector (B03L).
- Measure the voltage of the connector (power source
side). If 5VDC is measured, it is correct.
- [For QC-S300] If 5VDC is not measured, check the
wiring and connection between B03L and CON5, pin
12 and 13 on QPW-725.
- [For QC-S30] If 5VDC is not measured, check the
wiring and connection between B03L and CON5, pin
12 and 13 on QPW-748.
(3) Measure the voltage between the lamps on projec-
tor.Connect the connector and measure the voltage
between lamps (Fig.3). If about 5 VDC is measured,
it is OK. If not, replace B03L.
(4)Remove the connector of the receiver (B03R).Mea-
sure the voltage of the connector (power source
side). If 5VDC is measured, it is correct. If 5VDC is
not measured, check the wiring and connection
between B03R and CON5, pin 10 and 11 on QPW-
725.
(5)Measure the voltage between the lamps on
receiver. Connect the connector and measure the
voltage between lamps (Fig.3). If about 5 VDC is
measured when the light is blocked, it is OK. If not,
replace B03R.
