Sheets are Scratched or Stained

Roller or Belt is Stained
- If the delivered sheets has a stain on the center as
the figure below indicates, feed/transport roller or
transport belt is stained.
Check the followings.
- Feed roller and the friction pad are not stained.
- Transport roller and the transport belt are not
stained.

Friction Pad Pressure is Too Strong
- If the friction pad pressure is too strong, back of the
sheets may get a scratch mark by the friction pad.
- Bin pressure also effects. ( Refer to [3 - 1 - 1])
Friction Pad Pressure Adjust Section
- Change the lever position to the arrow direction to
change the friction pad pressure.

Pad Pressure
Adjusting Section
-Change the position of the pad
pressure adjusting lever for
the arrow showing position, and
the pad pressure can be changed.
-If you want to make the pressure
stronger, hook the spring onto the
cutout of the lever.

Hook the spring onto the
cutout, and the spring
pressure becomes
stronger.

Top of the Sheets are Scratched
- If the gate is not switched correctly, top of the sheets
hits the gate and is scratched. Push in the solenoid by
hand and check if the gate opens/closes correctly.
